3. Payments & Billing

• All prices are as stated at the time of purchase and are in the currency displayed at checkout.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
• Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor(s). We do not store full card details on our servers.
• By completing a purchase, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge the stated amount to your payment method.

4. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the specific product sales page:

• Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable once access has been granted.
• Webinar registrations (free or paid) are non-transferable.
• Where a specific money-back guarantee is advertised on the sales page, the terms and timeframe of that guarantee take precedence and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where a 60-day money-back guarantee is offered, refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date to be eligible.

• Webinars may be recorded and used for future promotional or training purposes.
• Registration does not guarantee a spot if capacity is reached.
• We reserve the right to change, postpone, or cancel a webinar without notice.
• Questions submitted during webinars may be shared publicly.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
